A component analyzer capable of calculating components through absorbance measurement in the near-infrared wavelength range!

The M011-02 is a component analyzer that non-destructively measures lipid components in fish and meat using near-infrared (NIR) light in the range of 640-1,050 nm. It can be connected to a PC or mobile device via wired (USB) or wireless (Bluetooth) methods, allowing for the acquisition of intensity information for each wavelength. The nutritional component analysis device '2600XT-R' can measure the basic five nutritional components, as well as various other components such as dietary fiber, ash, and moisture, in as little as 30 seconds. Simply place the crushed sample in a sealed bag, put it on the measurement section, and press a button to perform the measurement. Since no reagents are required, it contributes to reducing analysis costs.
